Dear Mr. Tianle Zhang, I received a jacket yesterday that I ordered via JOOM on January 19, 2024. CND Völklingen is specified as the return address. However, the one ordered was not delivered. A -30 C winter men's duck thick down jacket was ordered. A cheap nylon jacket without down was delivered. This means that the jacket does not correspond to the order and description on which the order was based, nor does its appearance correspond to the illustration. This means that instead of the ordered jacket, a primitive jacket made of the cheapest material was delivered. This procedure constitutes the criminal offense of fraud in Germany. Everything can be proven by printing out the order that is present here. I therefore request that you immediately send me a prepaid parcel card so that I can send the delivered scrap back to you. I also request that you immediately refund the amount paid using your Visa card to my Visa account. If I have not received the package card or the refund from you by the end of the week, I will take the following measures into action without further notice: 1. Criminal complaint for fraud involving Interpol 2. Return of the direct debit at your expense and risk 3. Notification to the headquarters against unfair competition in Bad Homburg 4. Notify the German consumer advice center so that you and JOOM are placed on the blacklist of dubious, fraudulent companies. 5. Involving my lawyer to inform the press and social networks! It is very warm so that's a plus. But disappointing that all the pockets are inadequate. Two zips at the front suggest pockets are for decoration only. The pockets for hands are barely big enough to put your hands in let alone store a coin purse. There is a very small pocket for the wallet on the inside which is hard to use and two side pockets on the inside that are not very stable. So if you don't want things to fall out you will need to carry a bag or something else that I've never needed to do before. Hard to see how it's worth paying £41 for this item. The manufacturer should have a long hard look at this. It's not a great idea to cut costs in this way and leave your customers disappointed. They will think twice before buying your products again

The Jacket is missing a button (feathers coming out of the hole) and zipper for hood is not mounted incorrectly. Finally Joom contacted me and offered a partial refund which was acceptable. But cannot use the jacket as ski jacket now but for something else. Which is a pity.Seems like people are pretty happy with this product in general so maybe I just had a "bad lemon"

Looks great and fits perfectly! Unfortunately there are threads sticking out here and there, but hey, it still fits great and looks the part. It keeps you warm, at least now, but I can't answer whether it's suitable for winter.
