Very negative experience. They make the return practically impossible and certainly not convenient (the garments arrive from China and the minimum cost for shipping is €15. Each garment must be sent to the individual supplier and therefore the cost for each returned garment costs a minimum of €15, despite the delivery happens all the items together). In my case, I purchased 6 items in size XL, 3 wore well and 3 wore small. Therefore I asked for a refund for this reason. To demonstrate this they asked me to take the various measurements of the garment, with the tape measure positioned above, and take the relevant photos and then send them to us. This was an activity that not even an expert tailor was capable of doing, as requested. Furthermore, on the site there is no link for the direct return of the item, but rather a not very intuitive text "Questions about the order", which by clicking on it, opens a window, which allows you to send a message, and then be contacted via email, for the relevant return instructions, a practice that dates back to the dawn of online purchases. I absolutely do not recommend this site for online purchases.
The shirt is beautiful, but I would like it to be a little looser.
