Really nice bag love the colour (purple). Looks smaller than it really is. Transferred all the stuff out of my other x over bag and theres still loads of room. Nice wide strap that doesn't chafe my neck like some can do. Only 2 minor faults is alI I can think of are that it would have been nicer and more workable for all the stuff i carry around with me is if the main part of the bag had a divider of the lining material stitched in to allow you putting your purse, keys etc on 1 side with your tablet, reading book, make up etc on the other side instead of having everything jumbled together. The other minor issue are that the pockets for your phone are way too small for today's phones and iPods so my credit cards wallet are in 1 and my nectar, Tesco etc reward keyring cards are in the other pocket so are still useful. Other than them I'm really pleased with it and might get a couple of different colours of it

Very poor quality for what I paid . I see better bags on the £5. Market stall.....the zips are poor quality also. At the most I would only pay £7. Honestly it's really poor quality. Also it is NOT a large bag . Really I was expecting a better bag as it was for my 81 year old mother and now I can't give her it as she would be insulted . You really need to do better joom. I'm a good customer and order many things from you but Honestly I really need to start looking else where .

The bag is very pretty, however, a hardware is broken, that prevents me from using it with the long strap. A few days ago I received another bent and broken product, I reported it to customer service and they told me that they would refund my money, and now this broken bag. I did not request a refund of my money for the bag with the broken hardware, what I am thinking is not to buy anymore on Joom.

Am primit înștiințarea ieri am fost la oficiul podarștal și mi s-a spus că îl pot ridica doar luni dar aș mai avea o întrebare la dvs: mai am o comandă la dvs.făcută inaintea acestei comenzi cu 8 zile, adică pe 02.aprilie în valoare de 100 RON și aș vrea să stiu când va sosi căci in 2 saptamani voi pleca din Oradea la țară și mă voi întoarce abia in septembrie.
