*SG2×40 uses an optical system called the Galilean system, and due to its nature, there is no strictly fixed actual field of view, apparent field of view, or eye relief. When the eye point changes, the actual field of view and apparent field of view also change. However, for the convenience of those who wear glasses, the actual field of view and apparent field of view relative to the eye relief are listed below.
Actual field of view 23° (apparent field of view 44.3°) This value is calculated with an eye point of 15 mm. With an eyepoint of 10mm, the actual field of view is 24° and the apparent field of view is 46.1°. Please note that the value may change depending on the viewing position.
