How to use:
Take 1-3 servings daily, depending on your daily physical activity level.
As an isotonic drink, take 1 measuring spoon (40 g) powder per 500 ml of water (osmolality of the drink: 285-305 mOsm/1000 ml)
As a hypotonic drink, take 1 measuring spoon (40 g) powder per 750 ml of water.
