The slippers are too big I need a smaller size how do we go about returning and me getting another pair and a smaller size I shop with your company all the time I am hoping it is an easy process to get a refund or a new care as I am disabled and going to question the right now and just got over a brain tumor so please help make this an easy refund return

Was my mistake, 🤔wasn't paying attention when I ordered these tennis until I received them, looks like one of my nieces will have a new pair.For a female yeah, they're perfect.I rated these unsatisfactory because I'm a male & these are female tennis, but once again, my bad.So let me rate these tennis as perfect for the female foot wear🤗

So they're not exactly like the photos but for 21$ im not complaining, they arrived in a respectable amount of time, are super comfortable, ill be giving to my daughter
