The cable has the correct dimensions, but it is broken. I bought it to replace a broken cable that charges in one position, but it doesn't charge in any position. My experience on Joom was a waste of time and money. Update: + and - were reversed, which could lead to damage to the watch. After I changed the wires between them, the cable works fine
Unfortunately the product does not conform to my watch... The points to load are too tight... And I can't ask for a refund... I'm sorry because they are certainly very serious and they were very quick in shipping. I'm updating the review as I was promptly refunded and the problem was resolved. The cable does not work, when you connect it to charge it displays the time but does not charge. The smarthwach does not charge Reported problem and promptly reported that refund was made. Excellent seriousness, obviously I will continue with purchases. Thank you.
