Ordered on December 22, received on January 18, i.e. less than a month, which is acceptable, together with other orders. The product was packaged well, but did not meet the specified parameters, which was very disappointing. I took it for use with a permanent engine 42GP-775, with a shaft diameter of 10 mm. The inner diameter of the cartridge is smaller than specified - 9.75mm, only the end fits 2-3mm, so it cannot be mounted and used on the motor shaft. Now we need to figure out how to get out of this situation, so I’m dissatisfied with the product
